About Us
Lavender Hill Holidays is owned and run by Kate and Steve Rucklidge. They started the company in 2005 after moving from West Sussex with their family a year earlier. Lavender Hill Holidays was created with the desire to provide a luxury haven for couples and families in this very special area of Somerset.
With four small children, Kate and Steve felt that they really understood what created a quality family holiday, combining luxury, country chic décor and modern equipment and all properties with hot tubs, wifi, many items to lend for families with small children and babies and quality entertainment systems. Lavender Hill Holidays works with Green Tourism in trying to create holidays which are low impact on the environment and is always trying new sustainable ideas.
Cornflower Cottage and the Treehouse are located on Kate and Steve’s farm and they are on hand to help and chat to and there are also assorted animals to meet!
